This is a list of persons known to have a direct or claimed connection to what is now known as the Voynich Manuscript.
As a considerable portion of the VM's history is uncertain there will have been other persons who have handled it, including librarians at the Villa Mondragone and whoever Wilfrid Voynich showed it to. As with many other medieval manuscripts the actual author (or authors) of the document remains unknown.
